Shipping policy

1. Order Processing All orders are processed within 3 business days of purchase. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Carriers We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Carrier selection is based on your location and order size.

3. Delivery Times Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.

4. Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

5. PO Boxes & APO/FPO We do ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS. Please note that delivery to these addresses may take longer than standard estimates.

6. Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery status directly with the carrier.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at earthmedicine@mycbdsalve.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
